United StatesI have owned my Epsilon since July 2022. It has held up exceptionally well to the past year and a half of daily use. As I am not a heavy smoker, I like that I can easily corner the bowl, recap it with the silicone end caps and save the rest for later. Hits really smooth for a dry pipe and the flavor is great. Cleans up really easy, I just soak the glass, chillum frame and screen in ISO, then rinse with water and dry. I clean the silicone pieces with dish soap and water when needed.
United Statesthe epsilon is a great piece, easy to use even on the go, smooth hits each time even without the screen (bigger pack that way too). my only comments for improvement is I wish the glass had some markings on it so i know which sides have been used for the bowl and maybe having a silicone mouth piece so i can hit it upside down

United StatesThis piece is really fantastic. As a heavy smoker, I've already had to clean it three times. It's ridiculously easy to clean. 4 Pieces not counting the rubber bands. The machining is what I would expect from JET, which is wonderful. The function of the piece is wonderful. The multiple vortex cooling is highly functional and super fun to look at. The packaging is excellent. I always enjoy opening something from JET. This is in my pocket every day.
