The core was stuck in my base for my original piece, they sent me a new core and base and back to working again! great customer recovery
Good product. Love jet water pipes. However, this base in particular has a tighter fit with the core than my previous 3-legged black base. A little tighter than a snug fit. Hard to dislodge. But besides that, amazing!
