Thanks for the kind words about the design! The X3 is usually harsher than the X5, due to the decreased filtration (best for flavor preservation). However, the hits shouldn't be excessively harsh. Here are some tips to mitigate the harshness: -Corner the bowl (don't torch it all at once) -Use a coarser grind (finer grinds generate harsher, denser smoke) -Inhale slower (don't turbo-rip it) -Add more water (so it settles at the HIGH mark)
United States United States United StatesI have had two glass ones that lasted me 8 and 9 years the both got broke a month apart and I may of have accidentally knocked this one over on my first day and boom nothing happened lol I like the clearing feature and the way you can take it apart and clean it with ease. It was my best investment in maintaining a right mind
