United StatesWell, I like the chillum. It's a solid smoker that delivers on what it is selling. A perfectly cooled hit and an easy to clean piece. What I didn't like - it is sorta big. It's sorta square. When it starts to get dirty, it is harder to maintain than a standard pipe - you can't just shove a pipe cleaner through it.

Sorry to hear you're having troubles getting smoke! There are a few things that can cause that: -Bowl is packed too tightly -Screen is clogged Also check to make sure that no debris is sandwiched between the glass panels and frame. Excessive debris in these regions can cause the smoke to partially bypass the cooling channels.
