I have had a jet water pipe with stackers for many years absolutely love it. have been contemplating on the epsilon for a while and finally made the big purchase worth every penny the smoothest chilling I have ever used it is a bit weird at first just the position in which you have to hold it but everyone else that is also used it loves it this has become my go-to and staple think these guys for the ingenuity and creating a wonderful product.
It has some weight too it, and i like that. the mouth piece being rectangular feels weird at first but if you vape its just a bigger rectangular tip. It has a draw on the tighter side but it works perfectly. My GF notice that it does not leak smoke, that is neither a pro or con to me but it is cool. The action is nice to watch swirling through the cyclones as you puff. However, if this is a party type thing cleaning out the bowl seems to require taking off the bands. There are TWO glass screens that hold everything together so please be careful doing this. Even with the tool given, i could not clean out the bowl without taking it apart, however it can hold a lot so cleaning may only take one session for some people or groups. It would also be really nice to have an indicator on which side is the mouth part and the bowl part is as you can have a part foul really easily. Build quality is what you would expect of Jet if you have bought there previous products and packaging is awesome as well as the color! Only because i feel it needs more improvement due to the price i give it 4 stars. This is a no brainier buy for on the go smokers however!
Thanks for the review! Please do not remove the bands or glass panels when ashing the pipe, as this will trap unwanted ash between the frame and glass panels. Do this instead: 1) Put on the Bowl End Cap. 2) Tap the sides or end of the pipe bowl against a hard surface (as depicted in the instructions). 3) Remove the bowl end cap, and the ash will fall out. Alternatively, you can use a poker tool to work the ash loose. To do this, gently insert the poker tool until it touches the screen, then work it from side to side until the ash is loose enough to fall out. It's also important to note that the scraper/separator tool is only used for disassembly and cleaning (as depicted in the instructions). It is not for ashing the bowl between uses. As for the mouthpiece orientation, the mouthpiece is on the end that the band is closest to. Whereas on the bowl side, the band is set back further to avoid exposure to flame.
