United StatesThis actually burned in a fire I had in my detached garage. It got so hot the sleeve had melted flat onto the surface it was on. I didnt give up on jetty and kept the base and and even the actuator worked perfect. Ordered new sleeve and mouth pice and boom! Brand new.
United StatesI lost the original mouthpiece to my pipe when I took it apart to move cross-country, so it was a relief to find out I could replace it quickly and easily! Love the design of this product and love the fast shipping.

United StatesI've used the white edition now for about two years and the issue for me is that if you don't clean the parts often (like you should) they start to yellow which you can clean by letting the parts sit in alcohol for a few days. The black parts I don't believe will have this problem long term so it'll just be less maintenance. All the new parts I got fit and work beautifully.
United StatesThis new mouthpiece is great . It's just slightly smaller than my old one so it's much easier to remove yet still keeps a tight seal . Special shout out to Dane at JET customer service for all your help .
