United StatesI have had my JETwaterpipe for over 10 years. One of the O rings got a little stretched. I went on line and found the website, ordered a replacement plus a couple others that I decided to replace. Also ordered a small tube that I wanted to try. The order arrived promptly. Over 10 years with regular use and the only thing that wore out was the O ring. Quality product!
